What Went Down
Students got the real playbook on money — budgeting, credit, and investing straight from the pros at JPMorgan Chase.
Finalists brought bold ideas to the stage and pitched live for real judges, real prizes, and real mentorship. Big moves, big energy.
Entrepreneurs, tech leaders, and community champions showed up, shared their stories, and plugged students into networks that actually matter.
Every student picked two tracks and rotated through workshops built around their goals — tech, trades, creative, and entrepreneurship all in one morning.
To every student who leveled up, every mentor who poured in, and
every partner who made it possible —
YEW Youth Fest 2026 was YOU. We’re already cooking up
something even bigger for next year.
Presented by equiliberty Community Impact Foundation × Alief ISD
YEW Youth Fest 2026 is officially in the books — and it was everything we hoped for and more. A sold-out house of 100 Alief ISD students, 20+ industry mentors, a Financial Literacy Plenary powered by JPMorgan Chase, and a Pitch Competition that had the whole room on its feet.
To every industry pro, educator, and community partner who showed up to speak, mentor, judge, and run the floor — you made this happen. YEW runs on your generosity, and our students are better for it. Want in on YEW 2027? Drop your info and we’ll be in touch.
Every student picked two tracks and rotated through hands-on workshops built around their goals — plus a Financial Literacy Plenary powered by JPMorgan Chase.
Real pros. Real skills. Real momentum for Alief ISD students.
Student founders brought serious ideas to the stage and pitched live in front of real industry judges — 3 minutes, one mic, all heart.
Finalists leveled up through mandatory pitch coaching, then stepped up and delivered. Prizes, mentorship, and a whole lot of community love went out to our winners.
Congrats to every student who pitched. You’re building the future, one idea at a time.
Huge thanks to our sponsors, volunteers, mentors, and the entire Alief ISD community. See you in 2027 — bigger, bolder, better. 🚀
